Activity 9: 20 Day Cycle part 2

Help! Not even Urkel is nerd enough to face 30+ students who are both eager to learn and work to avoid work at the same time. The young student is one of those unsolvable puzzles like the Rubics Cube or one of those unbeatable video games like Battletoads, Ninja Gaiden, Mega Man, The Star Wars trilogy on SNES or Ghouls n' Ghosts. Heck, teaching is harder than juggling 5 flaming torches behind your back and yet if you find ways to open their minds, pique their interest, and get them engaged in their own learning they will do amazing things.

20 day cycle
We don't have much else to say. You have worked hard, evaluated lesson plans and made important changes to help engage your students.

After you posted your reflection on Activity 8 you can spend some time examining the work you have done so far. Determine if you need to make modifications and continue your work. If you finish the 20 day cycle you can move on to another set of lessons that you want to make modifications to.

To Complete Activity 9:

    1. Attach the document or location where you have been keeping track of your work. May sure the document has links to all of your artifacts. You attached it before but it is easier for us to find it if you attach it again.
    2. Discuss any changes you made after Activity 8 and how they made a difference in your work this week.
    3. Reflect on your outlook toward your first 20 days and how it has changed after this work.
    4. Discuss a plan for when things don't go the way you expect when you try some of these new tools and resources.
    5. Comment on 3 other nerds' posts.
